Arrival and Departure Times

Normal arrival time is Saturday after 16.00, and departure is also Saturday but before 10.00. Later departure may incur an extra cost. If you plan to arrive at a time other than the normal, you are expected to inform us two weeks in advance at the latest so that agreement on other plans may be made.

Reservation and payment

A down payment of 30% of the total rent must be paid within 5 days after the initial reservation. This payment confirms and ensures your reservation. The remaining 70% must be paid at the latest 12 weeks prior to arrival. If reservation is made within 12 weeks of the arrival date, then reservation can only be made by payment of rent in full.

Cancellation policy

If cancellation notice is given:

- More than 24 weeks before arrival: 90% of the deposit paid back

- Between 12 and 24 weeks before arrival: No reimbursement of the 30% deposit

- Less than 12 weeks: No reimbursement of the total rent

Refundable deposit

We request a refundable deposit of 400 Euros (or 500 dollars or 3000 DKKr), which should be paid at time of arrival to the key keeper (cash or check). This fully refundable deposit is made to ensure immediate payment for any smaller damages and/or telephone calls. The refundable deposit will be returned to the guest at the latest 3 weeks after departure.

Bed linens and towels

Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented upon request.

Cleaning

We expect that the house, the garden and the pool are left in the same condition at departure as it was found at arrival. For cases where cleaning incurs extra costs, the amount will be taken out of the deposit.

Animals

Animals are not admitted in the property.

Gas, water and electricity

The price is inclusive of a normal use of gas, water and electricity (8 kw per day), except from November 1st to April 1st. Excessive use of electricity will be taken note of and a bill sent for the excess.

Telephone and internet

The villa is equipped with a telephone, which allows for free local calls only. For other types of call, you need to use a telephone card.

The villa is equipped with a computer and a broadband connection.

We expressly disclaim any liability or responsibility for injuries to persons present in or on the premises or damage to personal property belonging to the tenants. We explicitly draw your attention to the fact that the swimming pool can be dangerous for young children and that the protection system should be in place at all times, in accordance with French law.
